The key difference is that the Tahoe Winter GTX has an insulated Gore-Tex lining, while the Fugitive GTX membrane is not insulated. The Fugitive GTX keeps water out but is not designed to keep feet warm in sustained cold like the Tahoe Winter GTX. The Tahoe Winter GTX is also heavier.
