The valves are a two-way, pull-tab valve. To inflate, pull out the orange tab and allow pad to self-inflate. Replace the orange valve and top off with a pump, pump bag, or breath as needed. To deflate, pull out the orange tab and fold in half before rolling. Store your pad inflated with the valves open for best performance.
