How crucial is it to have two people for setup?

I see in the official Kelty setup video is says to use a buddy, and this overview video also states you want two people. I'd like to be able to set this up myself, but I'm wondering if it's realistic to do that.

We have found that it's best to have a partner when setting up the Caboose 4, as attempting to set this up solo could cause bodily injury or damage to the tent. A second person is needed when lifting the X poles simultaneously to erect the tent, and drape the rainfly.
