Floor dimensions

The description lists the floor dimensions as 84.5" x 64 but the technical specs list a much larger size. Is this larger size including the vestibule? Is it normal to include that in your technical specs?

Thank you for being so interested today in the Marmot Torreya 4p tent. We provide 2 different measurements for the area of the tent that includes the internal "habitable" space; the larger measurement is that of the floor extension which, as you have pointed out, extends into the vestibule. This is a unique circumstance as not many other tents are like the Torreya and have increased outdoor floors so it is not typical to have multiple floor specifications.
