To answer your question the Torpedo pocket on a Terraplane is 20 inches by 6 inches, please know that this is a bellows pocket and will not necessarily accommodate all items in that size range as the pocket expands more in the middle than the edges. We do not recommend using this pocket for storing a 3L Hydropak bladder due to the uniform shape of the reservoir, in addition to that packing water on the outside of the bag will distort the weight distribution which is better kept closer to the body's center of gravity. Please be aware that the pack has two options for hydration reservoir storage in both the main bag and the top lid.
