While both sizes may fit, we suggest choosing the size based on the type of shoe you are planning on using them with. If you are going to use them with running shoes, then a Small would be the preferred choice. If you are going to use them on thicker soles boots, like a winter boot or hiking boots, then the size Medium would be best.
