Will these fit the Leki cane-style poles as well? Can I get just one?

Yes they will fit, as long as the cane-style pole from Leki comes with the original carbide flex tip. These are sold in pairs, so you will have one to use and have a spare as a backup, but they cannot be separated and sold individually.
