Will the pot lid fit on the pan?

Although the lid may fit size-wise, the pan will get too hot for the lid. We would discourage using the pot lid on the frying pan, as it could melt. Using the lid with the cookpot keeps the lid a safe distance from the heat source to protect the plastic.
