14 degrees is the maximum that can be added in ideal conditions. There are many factors that can affect a bag and liner's thermal efficiency: sleeping pad, movement, moisture, tent size, etc. It is reasonable to expect additional warmth with the Reactor liner, though the exact amount will vary in unique conditions.
