How is the weight transfer on this pack? Does the removable hip belt attach with Velcro? Is the back panel removable or sewn in? Thank you for your help

I know this is sold out, but I have the following questions. I really need as much weight transferred to my hips as possible. How is the weight transfer on this pack? Does the removable hip belt attach with Velcro? Is the back panel removable or sewn in? Thank you for your help,

While the Thermo-formed backpanel is not removable, this pack does feature a PE foam board that can be removed and used as a sit pad. The removable hip belt does attach with a small section of Velcro.The Impulse 30 has excellent load transfer due to it's close to body fit and load lifter straps that help control the upper part of the pack when carrying larger loads.
